How do I transfer my funds to HiFX?


Once you have bought your currency from HiFX, or your market order has been filled, you will receive a contract note (invoice), detailing our bank details and where you should send the funds. To help plan your payments, please see the following guides.

 

For all clients sending GBP from a UK bank account.

For clients wishing to sell GBP who still have a bank account in the UK, we provide the facility for you to send your funds domestically to our client account in the UK. This means you will save the cost of an international transfer charge, and in most cases means your sold currency will be received by HiFX earlier. The following chart outlines the number of days it will take for HiFX to receive your funds depdending on the transfer method you use. For us to receive your payment on the established value date you will need to send your GBP between 2 and 5 days earlier.

For all other currencies.

If you are sending funds within Australia or New Zealand, for us to receive payment on the established value date you will need to initiate the funds transfers the day before. Your bank may be able to send your payment on the same day, however there will be a charge levied by your bank to complete this.
