I have an account with another HiFX office, can't I just use this?
If you have previously registered with HiFX in the US, UK or Spain we are unable to use your previous account. Due to Australian regulations, we are required to establish a separate account with you. This can be easily and quickly facilitated through our Sydney office, and will only take a few moments of your time.
If you have established an account with our New Zealand office and are now resident in Australia, you do not need to complete an additional application form, as HiFX Ltd in New Zealand is the counterparty to all transactions conducted in Australasia. We may need to update your address details, so please contact our Sydney team for more information.
