What should I check before deciding to use a broker?
As with any financial services company, do your research:
- Check for additional charges (sending and receiving)
- Check the rate you’re quoted is the rate you’ll receive
- Check to ensure they are regulated to provide Foreign Exchange services
- Check they hold your money in segregated client accounts
